TPG works with clients to build teams and develop practices that reflect the diversity of community stakeholders.

TPG uses relevant theoretical models and frameworks to conduct workplace assessments. Listening is our first priority, so we emphasize interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather data and identify areas for growth. We also lead document review to better understand organizational policies and practices. We then develop actionable DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) plans that are highly tailored to your organization, including budgets and success metrics.
